RV-12’s Left Wing Closeout Greenlighted
Today the DOG Aviation production facility was
paid another visit by Jim Strock and Don Gray, both EAA technical councilors who
have been inspecting the RV-12. The purpose of today’s visit was to inspect the
left wing prior to closeout and to also have a look at the rudder and vertical
stabilizer which was packed away during their first visit a few weeks ago.
The inspection went smoothly and there were no anomalies
or fixes necessary, resulting in a green light given to proceed with the closeout
of the left wing. Both Jim and Don were very pleased with the quality of
workmanship going into the RV-12 thus far and encouragements given to keep up
the good work.
